Return & Refund Policy for Axon Collective
Thank you for shopping at Axon Collective. We want to ensure you have a seamless experience with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Returns Process

Approval: Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For high-tech or luxury items, please include photos of the damage or the incorrect product in your initial email.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Personal Care Products: Fragrances, perfumes, and "inspired-by" scents (due to hygiene and liquid transport regulations).
Custom Products: Personalized items or special orders.
Sale Items: Items purchased during "Final Sale" events or using gift cards.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
